Dr. Larry Cornell - Lead Pastor -

Pastor of Castleberry Baptist Church for 33 yrs. Pastor Cornell has a Bachelor of Arts from Baptist Bible College, MA from Criswell College, and Doctor of Ministry from University of Dubuque Theological Seminary.

Judy Cornell- Pastor’s Wife – Pastor’s Secretary

Director of “Kids for Christ,” Ladies Ministries, and worker in the Bus Ministry.

Carl & Kendra Freiwald – Youth Ministers

Carl is a student at Dallas Christian College. He is a professional guitarist and provides lessons to adults and children. Kendra is pursuing a nursing degree. They have two boys, Aiden & Ethan.

Suzanne Stewart - DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP CHOIR”

Sue is the director of worship choir, lead pianist and soloist Suzanne has served in the music ministry for 23 yrs. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Missouri State University.

Dennis Davis - WORSHIP LEADER

Dennis leads worship and is the lead singer for Kings River. Dennis has been in church music for many years.

Tina Medeiros, Administrative Assistant

Tina has functioned as our administrative assistant for 17 yrs. She has an associate’s degree from TCC.

Deborah & Dave Posey - Building superintendents

Dave & Deborah have ten years of professional experience taking Care of Castleberry Church plaint.

Debbie Bowden – Financial Secretary

Debbie has been Castleberry’s financial secretary for ten years. She is also our beginners’ teacher.

When Pastor Cornell delivered his message you could tell it came from his heart. Pastor Cornell not only loves the Lord but has a genuine concern for the well being of his church members. We have been a part of Castleberry Baptist Church for six years and we couldn't picture ourselves anywhere else. As a family we have grown closer to the Lord and love having our children in such a loving environment. Our daughter likes the Kids for Christ choir directed by the Pastors wife. We enjoy our scheduled times with the Toddlers Sunday mornings and are attending a class for newly married and younger couples class led by the Pastor and wife Judy.
